Spray her with water out of a spray bottle. And leave the bottle on the counter or anywhere you don't want your cat up on. I've done this successfuly with my cat for scratching the carpet on the step. I refuse to get her declawed, and she wants nothing to do with her scratching post. So my neighbour suggested this and it worked for me.
