Id contact Mattel and tell them whats happened.Never heard of this before.For now id stick with light colored clothes.Also with the darker colored dolls clothes maybe put them on a cool wash to remove some of the dye.As for the stains on your dolls you want to try a ink stain devil.Hope this has helped a bit and merry christmas.thanks
