To clean fine art you just use a damp cloth to remove the dust and if you are afraid of the steam released by the steam cleaner open the windows for a bit, but if it is fine art as you said then the oil paintings are not as fragile has you are thinking , open the windows to let the steam out if you are concerned. The oil is well cured on the canvas and a bit of steam wont hurt them.thanks
